Warranty “Limited Lifetime Warranty”

PATRIOT warrants to the original purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship under residential use ONLY. The warranty does not cover upholstery or damages which result from neglect, accident, intentional misuse or acts of nature, institutional or commercial use. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear under household use, exposure to extremes in temperature or humidity, immersion in water, fading or variations in color, scratches, blemishes or slight variations in wood grain and natural stone granite. Alterations abuse or misuse of this product render this warranty void. Finishes may vary in both texture and color and fall within commercial guidelines of acceptability.

Tables, chairs and barstools are intended “solely” for dining and seating. Any other use of this product invalidates this warranty.

Claims arising under this warranty are limited “solely” to replacement or repair of defective merchandise, exclusive of pick-up and delivery and inbound freight. All claims under this warranty as to cause and failure are to be the sole determination of PATRIOT.
